Program Description:

The PhD program prepares graduates for faculty positions in college and university settings; for independent research and scholarly endeavors in nursing; for expanding theoretical, empirical, and philosophical bases for nurse practice.
The Master of Science in Nursing program enlarges the focus of nursing, using the basic baccalaureate nursing program as its foundation. The program's goals are directed toward educating the Clinical Nurse Specialist, the Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner and the Nursing Administrator.
