Program Description:

Literature study within the Institute focuses on the ways in which poetry provides insight into the nature of all things. Poetry is understood as seeking through the images to know the truth about God, nature, the soul and human community. Students in the program learn to understand the form of literary art by attending to the qualities of poetic speech and by studying the kinds of poetry.
