Program Description:
The Faculty of Law of the University of Augsburg offers German and foreign graduate law students an outstanding opportunity to advance their understanding of German, European and international Economic Law. The program is closely linked to and builds on the "Augsburg Summer Program on European and International Economic Law."

The program provides advanced and specialized courses in such areas of economic and business law as banking law, company law, tax law or IP law. The legal issues are considered from international, European and German perspective.

To receive a Diploma a student needs to graduate from courses compromising at least 30 semester hours (60 ECTS) and write a Master's Thesis.
Setting Description:
Augsburg is a beautiful city situated at the foothills of the Bavarian Alps only 30 minutes away from München (Munich). The city was founded about 2000 years ago as a Roman fort. During the late medieval times and the Renaissance it was one of Europe´s most important economic and cultural centers. Currently, the modern campus provides a unique opportunity to efficient and effective studies and the location of the program allows multiple excursions.
