Program Overview

Program Description:

The department is one of the largest in UCL with 52 members of academic staff (21 are Professors and six are Fellows of the Royal Society). Research within the department encompasses the full spectrum of biomedical investigation with nearly 200 research fellows, technicians and PhD students engaged in this work. The department has facilities for molecular biology, imaging, and photography and the main research themes are served by four separate weekly seminar series.
