Program Description:
A 12 months programme on fundamentaks, basics, skills and knowledge in food preparation and culiinary arts. This programme is accredited by City And Guildsvof London. Included in the programme is training in our training kitchen ASWELL as industry / experimental traininghi

Highlights of the programme is the artisan bread bsking module aswell as the pastry mofule

When students completed the course successfully, they will be on the level of " chef de partie", meaning they will be able to work in all the sections of a kitchen.
Setting Description:
Classes are Mondays to Thursdays from 8h00 to 13h00
Cost:
65 000 ZAR for complete course. Included in the course fees are uniforms, textbooks, knives, exams, assessments and tution fees We do offer student accommodation - fully furnished at 2000 ZAR per student per month
