Program Overview

Program Description:
The bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is designed to prepare graduates for responsible engineering positions in design, development, research, applications, and operation in the fields of communications, control systems, digital signal processing systems, electromagnetics, digital and analog electronic circuits, physical electronics, computer-aided design and power systems.

The curriculum is built around a strong basic core of mathematics, physics and engineering science. This is followed by intermediate courses in more specific engineering topics and finally a senior elective sequence including a senior design seminar and terminating in a capstone design course. At TAU, both teaching and project work build on the considerable research strengths within the school in areas such as communications, media technology, microcomputer systems, signal processing, image processing, smart sensors and novel semiconductor devices.

The objectives of our Program are to enable students to advance in their chosen careers in industry, academia, and public institutions, by making immediate and significant contributions to the field of electrical and electronics engineering. We provide students with education and practical tools to take responsibility of the development, design, construction, application and operation of devices and systems.
