- Program Description:
- TAU International offers three Arabic levels, allowing each student to find a comfortable class to learn and grow as an Arabic speaker. Our courses take an integrating approach in teaching Arabic. Combining both Modern Standard Arabic and colloquial (Palestinian) Arabic, in order to reflect the use of the language by native speakers. The goal of these courses is to bring students to either basic functional or fluency in both speaking a dialect and reading in MSA.

Emphasis is put on communication and developing proficiency in the language by using it in meaningful contexts: greetings, education, home and family, work, politics and culture.
Students are learning Arabic in the Middle East and are able to bring classroom lessons to their every day routines. Throughout the summer, several trips and activities, which are included in the tuition, are planned and scheduled for students to see all that Israel has to offer.
- Setting Description:
- The university is located in Ramat Aviv, a beautiful city just 15 minutes from downtown Tel Aviv. Surrounding the dormitory area, there is the Ramat Aviv shopping mall, a grocery store, a center of restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk from the beach.
