Our Bachelor of Business Administration Program prepares individuals to plan, organize, direct, and control the functions and processes of a firm or organization. Program Advantages Students will have the opportunity to learn with people who share similar goals and contribute perspectives from their experience to each class. Bachelor of Business Administration Program Details The program lasts four years. In the fourth year, students may choose to graduate at the Universita Europea di Roma or do a Top-up degree in the UK, US or EU in one of our partner-universities.

Year 1: Certificate in Business Administration Program Objectives: This program is designed to help students gain a fundamental knowledge of the business world. Students should be able to demonstrate their ability to use information effectively and present materials in a concise manner. In addition, students will develop an appreciation of people-management functions within the organization. This certificate program provides a general introduction to the relevance of the systems approach and asks candidates to consider administration in its wider organizational context. Candidates are introduced to some of the key concerns of administrative managers within a rapidly changing environment, including appreciation of the need to manage information. Year 2: Diploma in Business Administration Programme Objectives: This program is designed to provide a framework and tools for applying the systems approach to managing systems as an integrated activity. The program also allows candidates to consider administration in its wider business and environmental context. It introduces candidates to some of the key concepts of higher-level business discourse. Candidates develop knowledge and understanding of the key principles involved in managing organizational resources and to provide an appreciation of the tools and techniques associated with managing finance, projects and facilities. Candidates also develop knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of managing human resources in the organization. Year 3: Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Program Objectives: The Advanced Diploma in Business Administration will give you the necessary skills to proceed with the last year to obtain your degree. A variety of great subjects will help you to better understand how to put into practice what you have already learnt over the past two years. Company visits and guest-speakers will grant a high interaction between the real business world and the university. Year 4: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Option one: If you would like to earn a degree from a reputable UK-, Eu-, US-, or South-American based unviersity, we can help you. The Swiss School of Management has different partnerships with universities abroad allowing SSM students to finish their studies and earn a degree from another unviersity. All your credits will be recognized and be fully transfered to them. Option two: In the last year of studies, you may earn the Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the European University of Rome.
