Program Description:

Earn up to 6 academic credits in 3-4 weeks in Brazil this summer (or WINTER) break, studying with ESPM in Rio and in Sao Paulo. This is a traveling program, where students will travel with professors from Sao Paulo to Paraty (a UNESCO World Heritage candidate city along the "Costa Verde"), and then on to Rio de Janeiro. Course options include Portuguese language, along with more traditional academic subjects. Classes will be held on-campus at ESPM, the #1 ranked Brazilian university, one of the top institutions in Brazil for marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, communications, and graphic design, journalism. Throughout a month of classes and visits, students will gain a broad overview of Brazilian culture, economy, society, business, and politics with a focus on opportunities presented by the World Cup and Olympics.
