- The University of Waikato is set on a stunning 65 hectare campus in Hamilton, New Zealand’s fourth largest city. We also have a satellite campus in Tauranga. International students from more than 70 countries make up around 20% of the 12,500 student population at Waikato

If you have completed a qualification at the University of Waikato, but you do not have a job offer, you may be eligible for a visa which allows you to work in New Zealand for a maximum of 12 months.
