Program Structure: 7 days practical and theory culinary classes • Andalusian Cuisine 2 half day field trips (Education): • Famous Winery in Ronda • San Miguel Brewery 1 Full day field trip (Education): • Olive Oil Museum & Malaga sweet winery 1 Full day excursion/cultural visit: • 1st Saturday – Granada – The Alhambra and the Generalife Tour • 2nd Saturday – Free Time!
