Program Description:

This study offers effective concepts and qualified leadership know-how, fitting to the requirements of corporate image and growth.

Guided by a holistic understanding and practice of leadership, the program will enable students to develop competent leadership behavior by teaching basic techniques that reinforce and establish Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.

It enables a qualitative and individual professionalization in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility Management and provides a systematic concept in order to achieve an operative transfer of the economic, ecologic and social dimension of CSR.

Special attention is attributed to the requirements of the international Certification Schemas, Rating Indices and Reporting Frameworks as well as to the United Nation and OECD Guidelines. The essentials of the future guidance standard ISO 26000 will be used in order to develop consistent benchmarks in the field of CSR.

The program lasts 12 months, consisting of in-class study days in Berlin, eLearning and project-oriented learning.

The study is awarded with 60 ECTS credits, which can be transferred towards a further international MBA Study.
