Program Description:
The Greater Rochester Collaborative MSW Program is the first of its kind in the country between a public college, the State University of New York College at Brockport and a private college, Nazareth College of Rochester. The MSW Program consists of 60 academic credits. Advanced standing, full-time, and part-time plans of study are offered within two concentrations: Families and Communities, and Interdisciplinary Health. The curriculum emphasizes community collaborative strengths-based practice and excellent field placements in Monroe and surrounding counties are available. The program is registered with the New York State Education Department and is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
