Program Description:

This unique program addresses global issues from unique perspectives. Courses in security studies, cybersecurity, terrorism & hybrid threats, democracy studies, international relations, diplomacy, identity, Jewish studies, and more. Build your resume even more with a research internship at the Terrorism Research Center.

The Security and Society Summer School runs courses block style over a 10-week summer. Take up to three courses or two courses + internship. 

During the semester, join a diverse student body for the International Security Studies Semester program and combine course work and a research internship with the Terrorism Research Center.

For centuries Central Europe has been one of the most fought over regions in the world, and recent events in Ukraine have once again focused attention there. Why have European powers so fiercely contested this area?
