Program Overview
- Program Description:
- SRAS offers a one-week, crash course into Russian archives. Great as a stand-alone option, as an addition to one of our courses, or as your first week of dissertation research in Moscow.
Based on our long-standing Research Travel Services, our experts in archival research will help introduce you to navigating some of Moscow's largest and most important archives. By offering this new, packaged service, we hope to make our services even more affordable to researchers as well as provide them with new networking opportunities.
This course includes welcome and closing events and assistance in locating housing. Individual sessions with our staff can be optionally arranged to provide access to and support for specific archives not included in the regular tour. Upon request, the support package can be expanded to include long-term visa, housing, and/or logistical support. Archival research is often the difference between a good thesis or dissertation and a great one. We at SRAS are here to help you realize the goals you set for yourself.
- Setting Description:
