Program Description:

The Ph.D. in Transformative Social Change helps scholar-practitioners apply humanistic values to make transformative changes to society. This research-oriented graduate degree teaches students how to incorporate research when developing new contributions to the field. Students of the Ph.D. in Transformative Social Change Program will be prepared to work for organizations such as the Sierra Club, Amnesty International USA, The United Nations, and Greenpeace Mediterranean. Graduates of this program have gone on to find success in fields such as public relations, policy advocacy, program development, field work, faculty, outreach, and related areas.
