In 2018, we will offer this Winter School for international students for the first time and we are looking forward to welcoming a lot of students for this new program.
This Winter School revolves around “Smart Factory”. It will focus on the merging of the virtual and the physical worlds through cyber-physical systems. These systems are part of the Industry 4.0 movement of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies. In this context, digitization, automation and human-machine interaction as well as better networked production systems play an important role.

Additional Program Information
- You are a B.Sc./B.E. student enrolled at a renowned university, have profound knowledge of the English language and are studying mechanical engineering or a related field. The minimum age to participate is 18 years. Students should have completed the first year of studies.
