- John Cabot University is an American liberal arts university, situated right in the heart of Rome. JCU offers a number of Humanities and Business Classes, as well as classes that focus on Italian language, culture and history. The JCU Summer Program offers two summer sessions. Each session is five weeks long and you may choose to enroll in Session 1, Session 2 or both.
