- Program Description:
- The Rutgers Art History in Rome program is a six-week summer program led by the Rutgers Art History department. This program will study the functionality of museums and their evolution as well as art restoration and other topics pertinent to you as a student of art history and a visitor to Rome. Your on-site classes will explore the city’s individual monuments, their cultural contexts, and the roles they play in the larger history of the city.
