The Representation of Russian Universities: Aerospace Technology for Latin America administers the governmental "Aerospace Russia" Low Costs Aerospace Group of Professional Degree's Programs at Moscow Aerospace Universities in Russian Federation. Setting Description:

-Direct Enrollment -Foreign citizens who are (or will be at the time of the program) secondary school /college graduates and between the ages of 18 and 30 can apply for this program. -Foreign citizens who are already aviation specialists and will to improve own professional skill are welcome to apply too
