WHAT IS THE REAL HOSTEL WORK EXCHANGE PROGRAM? The REAL Hostel Work Exchange Program is a unique opportunity for backpackers to be immersed in a South American culture. The program allows participants to truly experience several aspects of life abroad including: working and living with the locals, gaining international experience, and practicing your conversational Spanish skills! Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Panama HOW DOES IT WORK? REAL Hostels are a trusted network of hostels throughout South America who hire exclusively through our services. REAL Experiences América Latina connects these hostels with qualified backpackers. REAL Backpackers work in exchange for accommodation (occasionally a stipend may be provided).
