Program Description:

ON BOARD is a mobile outdoor classroom, a transformational experience in which we use traveling as the most authentic way of learning and creating a positive impact in the communities we visit. It's the metaphor of a school bus traveling and using the road and every encounter as a teacher.

Our fist experience will happen in Colombia in March this year. A group of 18 to 25 people from all over the world will be traveling around the country, learning and unlearning through different experiences and matching their skills with the needs of the communities we visit. We wil have mentors on the road that wil share their expertise with us and at the same time every participant will share their passion/ knowledge with the group becoming always student and teacher

On board is unique way of traveling where we don't travel to escape from reality but to shape it and let it transform our lives It is an outdoor classroom that moves with you. Learning through experiences , encounters and by shares learning. Learning to unlearn and to create impact.

Setting Description:

We are looking for the ideal On Boarders and provide them with awesome connections and experiences.
