Program Description:
Graduates of the Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Level 7) will have an understanding of cognitive behavioural therapy, the theories that underpin its relevance and application for depression and anxiety. They will have the knowledge, confidence and skills to use the cognitive behavioural therapy principles and techniques with their clients to greatly enhance their practice and therefore the service that they provide.
