K-12 schools align what they teach to standards and guidelines and provide data to support student achievement and assure funding. The MEd in Instructional Leadership at Northcentral University is designed to help you analyze the instructional capacity of schools, improve student achievement, and develop teacher leadership skills to provide assessment and improvement strategies in various K-12 educational settings.
You will use reflective decision making to assist with the development and implementation of practical solutions to contemporary education issues. As an Instructional Leadership graduate, you will be prepared to help K-12 institution evaluate, assess, and report out on the success of the school.
