Program Description:

The scope of academic offerings is unusually diverse, allowing students to take liberal arts courses in addition to courses in the social and natural sciences. Students in science and prehealth take courses accepted by all medical schools using the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS).

NYU London distinguishes itself by offering courses for students whose majors do not typically allow for a global experience, including biology, business, chemistry, mathematics, and physics. Faculty members are accomplished researchers and teachers drawn from the colleges of the University of London and other leading British institutions.

Setting Description:

NYU London is housed in three beautifully restored 18th-century town houses on Bedford Square, one of the few well-preserved Georgian Squares remaining in the city, just steps away from the British Museum in the scholarly neighborhood of Bloomsbury. All students live in residence halls that are a short walk to the academic center.
