Program Description:

After the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989, the once heavily-ordered bipolar Cold War world has been transformed into a fragmented, poly-centered global arena. In the last two decades, international politics has become increasingly complex: from military interventions to climate change and financial crises, local political decisions resonate in multiple consequences for all actors on a global scale. The globalization of world economy followed by political heterogenization and geopolitical turbulence demands innovative approaches to the ways we think about international relations today. The world is changing before our eyes, questioning the issues of governance and accountability, transitions of power, sustainability and resources.

The BA in International Politics program is focused on addressing contemporary international affairs in light of the existing body of political theory. Classic and contemporary political theories are analyzed and applied to real, current events. The program includes core courses in the area of political science, economics, quantitative methods and statistics, international laws and trade, policy analysis, regional and cultural studies, and management.

Professional profile: The program is designed for students seeking careers in diplomacy and international relations, with a wide range of future employers including local authorities and public sector, government agencies, foreign services, as well as multinational corporations and non-governmental organizations.

Cost:

MIUC's annual tuition fee for the entire studies is 18.900,00 EUR. Along with the inscription form, students will have to pay a non-refundable fee of 500,00 EUR in order to reserve a place at MIUC.
