Program Description:

The Graduate Program in Molecular Biology at Loyola University Medical Center is an interdisciplinary program thatdraws its faculty from the graduate faculty of various basic science and clinical departments of the Medical Center. The goal of the graduate training program in Molecular Biology is to prepare students who are interested in the science of molecular biology as research investigators and teachers. It is believed that the student will find this interdisciplinary approach intellectually exciting, particularly as it concerns the most advanced techniques for the investigation of molecular expression and gene regulation.
