Program Description:

Love Volunteers in Guatemala have the opportunity to volunteer and assist in numerous different fields. Projects include working in healthcare and medical work, construction, environmental conservation, childcare, and education and will have a direct impact on the lives of locals in need.

These projects require volunteers to be enthusiastic and have at least a conversational level knowledge of Spanish in order to be able to effectively communicate and teach the children. If volunteers do not have a working Spanish level, they can opt to take Spanish classes prior to their placement, or in conjunction with their time in the project.

Setting Description:
