Program Description:

Full Immersion Spanish language courses at ECELA in Lima, Peru. Courses for students 17 years of age and older start at least twice a month. Choose your program length from 1 to 36 weeks. Special prices for long term programs. Program offers Standard and Intensive courses, accommodations with local host families or in student apartments. A full program of activities is offered on a weekly basis.

Standard and Intensive Spanish Language Immersion courses from 1 to 36 weeks. All levels of instruction from beginner to advanced levels are offered year round. A full program of cultural activities complement the classroom language instruction, allowing students to experience the local culture.

Setting Description:

Although four hundred years have passed since its foundation, Lima, known as the City of the Kings, has managed to hold onto its traditions from pre-Inca and Inca times. Strolling through the streets and squares of the historic center of Lima is like stepping back in time. Take in Lima’s colonial architecture, for which it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The ECELA Spanish Language School is located on the coast in Lima, in the prestigious neighborhood of Miraflores, just a couple of blocks from the Pacific shore. Miraflores is one of the most secure and modern neighborhoods in Lima, with a wide variety of restaurants, hotels, discos, parks, modern shopping centers, beaches and tourist attractions to visit. It is the perfect place for a Spanish immersion experience!
