Program Overview

Program Description:
The Environmental Science and Engineeing covers issues involving the water supply, water and wastewater treatment, air pollution, solid and hazardous waste management, land and geological pollution protection, and environmental hydrology and water resources engineering, environmental fluid mechanics and earth environmenal systems.

Open to international students, all the lectures are conducted in English. All K-JIST students are exempted from tuition and receive a specified monthly stipend funded by the Korean Ministry of Science and Technology. The low student to faculty ratio of 7.2:1 allows students to carry out high quality research.
