Program Description:

Students must register for at least one course for academic credit but it is preferable that two courses be taken.

The Greece program offers students the chance to study and travel for five weeks in a country of dramatic natural beauty and rich cultural traditions. The program begins and ends in Athens. Here (as in every place we visit) our hotel is centrally located. Classes will be held on the hotel's rooftop.

Greece provides the ideal setting for learning about the ancient Greeks whose literature, political ideas, philosophy, art and architecture continue to shape our lives. Credit will be awarded by Murray State University and will be transferred to each student's institution.

Setting Description:

The program begins in Athens. After five nights we travel by ferry to the Greek islands. Next we will travel by private motor coach to Delphi, Olympia and Nauplin. After a brief stopover in Athens, we will again board a ferry and travel to Siphnos. We return to Athens before flying back to the US.
