Program Overview

Program Description:
All courses in the program have been designed to make use of the cultural and educational benefits that each of these varied cities offers.

The Denmark program will last four weeks. It will make use of four different sites in Denmark. The program begins in Copenhagen, the second week Brenderup, students will stay in Skagen for two nights, the third week Vibrog and students will return to Copenhagen for the final week of the program.

Students will be able to enjoy surrounding cities at greater length during independent travel weekends. Credit will be awarded by Western Kentucky University and will automatically be transferred to each student's home campus.
Setting Description:
Denmark, a tiny, mostly rural nation, made up of many islands, is a remarkable place for summer study. Students will experience the best of all worlds, from the big city excitement of Copenhagen at the Tivoli Gardens to the quiet appeal of country lanes in North Jutland.
