Program Description:

The Summer School “Russian language, culture and cuisine” offers you not only the language courses; it also aims at giving its participants unforgettable memories from their stay in Siberia! You will get acquainted with the all aspects of Russian culture, try to cook all the main dishes of Russian cuisine and then taste it. You will also have an opportunity to visit some of Siberian historical places. At the end of the course you will try to solve the mystery of Russian soul! The summer school begins on June 23, 2014 and ends on August 30, 2014, so you can choose the period that suits you best: June 23 – July 5, 2014 July 7 – July 19, 2014 July 21 – August 2, 2014 August 4 – August 16, 2014 August 18 – August 30, 2014

Setting Description:

ACCOMMODATION Kemerovo Institute of Food Science and Technology provides Summer School students with accommodation. Summer School students usually live in one of the hostels located at the KemIFST campus. As a rule two students share a room, small kitchen and a bathroom. Every room has Wi-Fi connection. The hostels are guarded 24/7. !Note that accommodation in the KemIFST is self catering. If you require a catered residence please let us know at least 2 weeks prior your arrival. We can arrange your accommodation at the hotel “SportOtel” located just across the road from the KemIFST campus.
