Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs (JKCP) is a leading creator of world-class summer educational experiences for middle school and high school students. Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs is offering two new summer programs for high school students at Villanova University and The Curtis Institute of Music. The Digital Journalism & Media Production summer program at Villanova is a creative behind-the-scenes view into the evolving world of new media journalism. Each student will design and publish a personal online portfolio using digital equipment to tell stories and develop journalism skills. Learn how to integrate photography, podcasts, and video into visual content. JKCP's new Curtis Summer Music program is an exciting three-week performing arts experience for students all over the world. This dynamic music program is designed to help aspiring musicians develop their potential and love for music. Work in groups of your peers and other international students at your skill level and shared passion for classical music.

Setting Description:
Living on the prestigious campus of Villanova University, students have full access to Villanova’s Mac-based computer labs, TV studio and editing suites while enrolled in our Digital Journalism and Media Production program. JKCP’s classical music program is held on-campus at the Curtis Institute of Music. Located in downtown Philadelphia, students are provided studio space to learn and rehearse with state-of-the-art technology.
