- The department’s faculty members have performed and recorded with many of the performing arts world’s most renowned singers, instrumental soloists, and chamber ensembles. As a collaborative piano student at Juilliard, you will work closely with our dedicated faculty members and enjoy ample performance opportunities. An annual series of 14 Liederabend and Sonatenabend concerts features pianists from the collaborative piano department performing song and sonata repertoire with student singers and instrumentalists. You can also participate in Juilliard’s annual ChamberFest series and join one or more of the School’s numerous chamber groups and new music ensembles. Last but not least, you can gain valuable interactive performance experience by participating in one of Juilliard’s educational or community outreach programs.
