I went to Chile extremely nervous and unsure of what to expect but ISA set me up with all the resources I needed before I had even left and while I was there. They have an office located right across the street from the university so it was close if I
needed anything. ISA and the school both do a great job of coordinating and preparing the students and even includes a lot of really fun excursions for us while we are there which allowed us to see other parts of Chile besides where we were just studying.
