Cusco is home to the palace of the Inca, the Temple of the Sun, and the nearby Inca archaeological site of Machu Picchu. The first Spaniards arrived in the 1530s, with Spanish conquistador, Francisco Pizarro, discovering the city. Much of the architecture in present-day Cusco is a mix of Inca and Spanish influence.

The list below includes examples of past projects: national parks, zoo, nature preserve, orphanages, food bank, community programs, after-school programs, nursery/day care, tree planting, painting, trash removal, children's museum, art museum "

Setting Description:
The Cusco ISA-HS office is located a few blocks from the city’s main square, the Plaza de Armas, among numerous colonial buildings and cathedrals.
