When volunteering with IVHQ you may be placed in Kathmandu, Chitwan or Pokhara depending on where your help is required. These three locations encompass a variety of natural and cultural diversity;however, all portray a strong Buddhist influence and a very relaxed vibe. Volunteers are needed to help out in areas of childcare, teaching and medical volunteer work and whichever area is of most interest to you. Setting Description:
Volunteers are accommodated in homestay accommodation, alongside other volunteers, where they have the opportunity to truly live like a local and become well accustomed to the joys of Dal Baht (lentil soup with rice).
