Program Description:

Linguaviva Italian language school has been offering international students the opportunity to learn Italian in Florence in a friendly and thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere since 1976.

Method:

Our modern communicative approach is conceived to stimulate your interest in learning Italian language

The course contents cover all aspects of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading and writing

We usually concentrate on grammar in the first part of the classes with freer practice and skills work in the later parts


Standard Course Description:

Work is in a small group and covers all aspects of the language with a particular emphasis on developing communicative skills in speaking and writing

Each group is taught by two teachers a day in order to ensure more varied and stimulating instruction

Each level can be completed in 4 weeks

At the end of each course after successful completion of a test you can progress to the next level


Internship:
Throughout the year we offer you the opportunity of participating in day-to-day business activities and practice your Italian skills in real-life situations through an unpaid internship experience in an Italian company or organization.

The first part of the Programme foresees an intensive language preparatory course to improve your Italian skills at one of our centres in Florence or Milan

In the second part of the Programme you will be placed in a company or organization in your field of interest

Requirements for Internship:

Italian language knowledge at an intermediate level

diploma/university degree or professional experience in the chosen field

Setting Description:

Lessons:

20 lessons per week, 4 lessons per day Monday through Friday

Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. Duration 2 - 48 weeks

Groups Max. 12 students

Levels - there are 10 available levels from absolute beginner to advanced, corresponding to CEF A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 levels

Starting dates - students having some previous knowledge of Italian may enroll to begin their course on any Monday
