Program Description:

This course can be organised for students at all levels of proficiency and lasts 12 weeks. This program is ideal for university students whose study focuses on Hungary, the Hungarian language, or Central European studies, or for high school students going shortly to university for Language, European, or International Studies. At 3 hours of daily lessons, 4 days per week, this equates to a full semester at most universities, for a price far lower – and with private lessons! It is also suitable for those wishing to achieve a high level of Hungarian language ability.

Conversational based method, but reading, writing, and grammar are introduced as well. Furthermore, each program is custom-designed for each individual student. Practical interactive walking lessons are incorporated upon request.

Setting Description:

ILC is located in beautiful and cosmopolitan Budapest, Hungary. School is located on the in the center of fashionable Buda, at the base of the castle right against the Danube river. Cafes, pubs and shopping all literally right next to the school. Across the street are major links to all city transportation, metro, bus, tram, and HEV – only 10 minutes to the Pest side of town.

Cost:

$2,790 for private lesssons. $1,990 with 1 friend; $1,490 with 2 friends Lodging from $275 per week for private room in home stay. Apartments and hotels available as well. Airport transportation service, tours, and translations services are available, and Internet and orientation included at no charge.
