Program Description:
This is your chance to live and learn alongside students from the UK and around the world by directly enrolling at the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London. IES Abroad London is dedicated to enhancing your study abroad experience with superior student services and opportunities to fully experience life in London. Our staff in London help you make the most of your experience abroad.

The academic program at Slade is based on independent studio work rather than specific courses. You work one-on-one with tutors to design a course of study and evaluate progress. You are expected to generate and sustain your own program of work, and are assigned a personal tutor. Instruction combines tutorials, studio, and seminar programs, and demands that you be actively engaged in all forums. You are awarded 16 credits for the term. The independent studio program at Slade offers individual studio space for concentrated work and tutorials in Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, or Fine Art Media (including Print, Film and Video, Photography, and Electronic Media).

Founded in 1950, IES Abroad is a global, not-for-profit study abroad organization with 115+ academic programs in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. To learn more about what we offer visit our website.
