Job Description Tasks that can be required: Report financial numbers, Analysis of month /quarter results, Forecasting, Actual versus forecasting, Becoming familiar with Financial & Planning Services in a multinational environment, Support in payments and billings, Support in general purchases You will also have the opportunity to lead a project, which subject could be defined by yourself or in collaboration with a co-worker. The purpose of this project will be facilitation and improvement of the work processes in order to create more efficiency and effectiveness in the workflow.

Setting Description:

The financial and planning department have an integrated role in driving business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results. As an intern you will be part of the Global Operational Initiative that controls and reduces the cost of the center. We evaluate the initiatives in order to implement them on the center whenever we see a real opportunity of cost reduction. Also we track the cost reductions and measure all the initiatives. You will participate on the accounting closing and give support on the payments and billings and other general purchases.

Cost:

General Information: The intern will have a mentor throughout the placement supporting the learning and managing the workload. Even though it is an unpaid internship, this is a good opportunity for students to discover an international company as successful as IBM. Salary Sodexo Restaurant Tickets up to €140 euro per month.
