Program Description:

HRC Culinary Academy offers an integrated culinary program in a modular design, executed by top international chef and teachers. The integration in the program is visible in the constant presence of four cornerstones during the whole program. The content of every module will be taught and practiced with attention to the following cornerstones of the curriculum: 1. Culinary operations within the frame work of the F&B department; 2. Finances in the world of F&B; 3. Leading people in the F&B department; 4. Leading myself as a professional in culinary arts.

The curriculum consists of the following modules: 5 months academy training 5 months industry placement 5 months academy training 5 months industry placement

During the study program, students have a chance to experience Bulgaria, Western Europe and the USA all at once!! Our paid internships around the world take place at some of the finest hotels and restaurants to prepare students for a truly international career as a Chef.

Setting Description:

The HRC Academy offers a 2-year program in Culinary Arts, developed by educational and industry leaders. The program is completely taught in English by international Chef instructors. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in our kitchen laboratories, demo theatre, wine cellar and teaching restaurant Talents.

Cost:

Tuition fees include teaching materials (kitchen lab and ingredients), study books, and internship services. For non-EU students, tuition fees also include support for the required visa process. Students from EU member states: Year 1: EUR 3.000* Year 2: EUR 3.000* A majority of the EU students are provided with for scholarships in year 1 and 2.
