Program Description:

GoBali is a one semester Business Study Program from the Udayana University which allows students worldwide to study in Bali.

To improve intercultural competence it is necessary to study or work together with people from different cultures. That is why GoBali is always trying to create a well-balanced proportion between the nationalities of the participants in order to provide the best possibilities of exchange between the different cultures. Our students' capacity for teamwork will be encouraged by projects which last one semester, include weekly meetings, and refer to the lectures. We work together with big and well-known companies who provide the topics to gain practical relevance. The students work very close together with the companies and they have to present the project planning and the results to both the companies and University. GoBali is not one of the countless General Studies programs – rather, it lets students choose from various disciplines like Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as Tourism Management. Students also can choose different extracurricular courses. All Topics are up to date.

The accelerating global world of today is becoming more and more demanding for students. To compete in today's professional world, international experience is absolutely necessary. Apart from the professional skills taught at university, soft skills like intercultural competence are becoming more and more important. ?Studying abroad gives you the opportunity to broaden your horizon and see things from a different point of view. It is a great chance for developing your personality and becoming more independent. This is where GoBali ties in. The aim is to bring together students from all over the world during a one-semester study abroad program in the state-run Udayana University of Bali. GoBali is a study program from Udayana University which is exclusively mediated by Go Abroad Study Programs. The students are officially enrolled at the Udayana University.

Setting Description:

The GoBali Program is based on international accredited study programs. The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) makes it possible to transfer the achieved credit points to the domestic major.

Cost:

The regular fee for the GoBali program is 1599€. It covers all costs for studying like e.g. the registration fee of the university, the tuition fee, the exam fee, all lectures, projects and expenses for tuition material. The fee does not cover expenses for flight, accommodation, food and insurances.
