Program Description:
Are you graduating college, completed necessary requirements for school or need the entire summer to get a job, internship or take class? Well do not miss this incredible opportunity to take advantage of a two-week trip to Cape Town, South Africa. The two weeks will be spent in an incredible city with an international service project and tons of adventure included. Through our holistic philosophy, you will feel the rush of extreme adventures like shark cage diving and serve the children of impoverished townships. Throughout the trip, you'll learn about your personal leadership style in the context of vibrant Cape Town, South Africa.

Although the majority of the trip is spent indulging in the uniqueness of the city, serving in the local community of Sir Lowry's Pass and having free time to explore, there will be a handful of time together as a group to discuss your personal visions, values and strengths. After these lessons you will feel more familiar with yourself than ever before and ready to create a path to your future.

Field trips and adventure activities like climbing to the top of Table Mountain and visiting African penguins on Boulders Beach are part of our program's schedule. In addition, Global LEAD’s personal development curriculum is designed to engage you wherever you are in life, expose you to new ideas and life-changing experiences and equip you with the tools to make a difference in your community and the world.

Cape Town, Africa’s most cosmopolitan city, sparkles with unique opportunities that you will enjoy during your two-week African adventure. From the natural beauty of Table Mountain to the international flair of the V&A Waterfront and hidden gems such as the Old Biscuit Mill market, you will love this city and all it has to offer.
