Program Description:
During this program, students live at the American Center of Oriental Research in Amman, Jordan. The Qasid Institute for Classical and Modern Standard Arabic, which has earned a reputation as one of the leading programs in the Middle East for Arabic language learning, is Georgetown University's partner for the program.

Students will participate in intensive language classes five mornings a week, followed by afternoon sessions with language partners and colloquial Arabic language classes.

Cost:
Program fees include tuition, housing, breakfast, and four dinners a week. Airfare to/from Amman, additional meals, transportation from the Qasid Institute to the American Center after class, passport fees, and other individual expenses are not included in the program cost.
