Program Overview

Program Description:
Georgetown University will conduct a five-week academic program in cooperation with the Universitut Trier. Trier, is Germany's oldest city and one of the former capitals of the Western Roman Empire. Students will be housed privately with carefully selected German families or individuals. Field trips include visits to sites of artistic and historical interest in the Trier area, as well as a longer excursion to such destinations as Heidelberg, the romantic Burg Eltz, The European Court in Luxembourg, and the Rhine River Valley.

Cost:
Program fees include tuition, room and board (homestay with one meal daily), academic fees, excursion costs, and supplemental insurance. Round trip transportation to and from Trier is not included in the program cost.
