Program Overview
- Program Description:
- This course will be an investigation of the history of nations, nationalism, and the great cities of East Central Europe - Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. Because the course is designed around a study tour, you will be examining the events in this history where they happened. Being there will open up the history of this region to us in ways that reading about it or scanning it online can simply never do. The program consists of tours, independent research in-country, and on-foot lectures.
