Program Description:

The Entrepreneurial Leadership Program for the Global Marketplace is designed to provide both business and non-business students with the opportunity to engage with Oxford academic and UK / US serial entrepreneurs to learn how to create successful and sustainable strategies for start-ups and spin outs in the global market place. With a very practical approach to entrepreneurship, the program aims to enable students to develop entrepreneurial creativity and awareness and encourages the application of entrepreneurial skill sets and the development of an entrepreneurial leadership capability that can be applied to the global business environment. Held at Harris Manchester College, one of Oxford University’s 38 colleges, students will learn about conventional and less conventional forms of leadership, fund raising, developing brand visibility, developing competitive advantage, using digital for marketing and sales, how to scale in global markets and what makes a truly innovative company.

Our speakers are either business school academics, academic / entrepreneurs and or investors. They will give you practical insights into starting a business, pricing your product or service, raising capital to kick off your venture, to marketing and branding your products or service.

This program is open to all undergraduate and graduate students including students who do not attend George Mason University.
