Program Overview

Program Description:

Franklin University's 17-month MBA program develops students' potential for meeting future leadership challenges in a world characterized by ambiguity, chaos, and uncertainty. The Program focuses on the needs of today's employers who are looking for innovative leaders who can nourish positive change. MBA coursework requirements are completed online, with students required to attend two on-site residencies (each 2-1/2days in duration) held at Franklin's Main Campus in downtown Columbus. Beginning Summer 2005, students in the Program will choose from the Life-Cycle Format, presenting an integrated curriculum based on the stages of the business life cycle, or the Discipline-Based Format, teaching basic business disciplines one class at a time with emphasis on developing whole-brain thinking skills. Students also select a Focus Discipline to tailor the Program to their individual educational and professional goals.
